Ken was born and raised in Modesto. He attended U.C. Hastings School of Law and then practiced in San Francisco for several years. He’s lived in Sacramento for over twenty years. Ken is a passionate Giants fan, but he still fairly mediates and settles cases for Dodger fans. Without them - where is the rivalry? Ken married his college sweetheart, Heather, and together they have two sons.

From a young age, Ken knew he would end up as an attorney - he enjoyed arguing way too much as a child. He holds the legal profession in high regard and during his litigation career he prided himself on treating counsel and parties with the utmost respect, a trait he continues to exhibit as a mediator.

Ken enjoys snow skiing, biking, crossword puzzles and spending as much time as he can with the family at their little Tahoe getaway. He also enjoys working around the house, really, he does….washing cars, fixing appliances, building decks, painting, etc.
