Experience

Before dedicating his practice to mediation, Ken spent nearly twenty five years litigating civil cases throughout Northern and Central California.  Ken's experience includes,

  • Auto, trucking, wrongful death, TBI, premises liability, product liability, food borne illness, pedestrian, motorcycle, bicycle and construction site accidents

• Construction Defect

  • Ken is available to mediate cases.   He is not offering special master services.  

• Contractual Disputes

  • Construction, real estate, subrogation, and insurance matters.

  • Employment and malpractice matters.
